McGill Rocket Team

Fostering the Next Generation of Rocketeers

The McGill Rocket Team poses with their rocket and team banners.

We are the McGill Rocket Team.

Our diverse team of students designs, manufactures, and launches sounding rockets every year at amateur rocketry competitions to fulfill our mission of fostering the next generation of industry leaders. Working with the team allows our members to apply the engineering knowledge taught at McGill University in real-world applications and helps them build the soft skills essential to their future professional lives. Being a part of the McGill Rocket Team is unforgettable, from the thrills of a rocket launch to the strong friendships forged through shared experiences.
